GroupeX Announces Implementation of SAP® Software at Qualfon
TORONTO, Ontario. Jan 31, 2018 – GroupeX today announced that Qualfon has gone live with SAP® Time and Attendance Management by WorkForce Software. The application also includes support for absence and leave case management processes and is integrated with SAP SuccessFactors® solutions and a payroll solution.
As a global provider of contact centers, back-office and business process outsourcing services, Qualfon has a strong track record of customer service. To further increase efficiencies, the company decided to implement a centralized solution for collecting timesheet data. Qualfon needed it done fast and done right. The time and attendance solution is employee and client-facing, so employee adoption and user training were also an important piece of the project.
These timeline and training concerns were brought to GroupeX, who laid out a project plan that could accommodate Qualfon’s requirements. “Teaming up with GroupeX on this implementation provided value and relief for our internal project team,” said Qualfon CIO Prashant Cherukuri. “In fact, the GroupeX team went beyond just implementation services. They provided hands-on support from start to finish, including assistance with training and user adoption,”
